Overview
– Here, the leader is responsible for directing the team and ensuring smooth delivery of end-to-end outsourced services in F&A: Accounts Payable domain and ensuring customer happiness & increased revenue through client up-sell.
– The individual would be responsible for effective delivery of planned SLA’s, lead client executive reviews, identify projects to meet productivity targets and work closely with transformation teams to successfully meet client deliverables.
– The individual needs to work closely with global teams including VP, RPA delivery team and client leadership successfully.
– This role may involve directly managing multiple portfolio/clienteles across various regions and reporting to Global Operations leader, with the responsibility of planning and delivering Digital Operations strategy in the lead role.
