In this role you will be you will be responsible for leading and driving the transformation of our finance department. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that will streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
– CA or MBA Finance from a recognized university
– Proven track record of successfully leading finance transformation initiatives.
– Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, processes, and systems.
– Relevant experience in Program management roles, preferably within Finance landscape, demonstrated ability to provide strategic insights and solutions to Sr. Leadership and internal teams.
– Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes and identify interdependencies that clearly articulate the program progress and choke points.
– Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
– Deliver engaging and impactful presentations to Sr. Leadership and internal stakeholders. Translate complex information into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
