Global Financial Planning & Analysis Role
About:
– Lead and manage global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
– Analyze financial results, monitor performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
– Consolidate and analyze financial data across regions/business units for executive reporting.
– Develop and maintain global financial models and dashboards.
– Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., accounting, operations, regional finance) to ensure alignment and accuracy.
– Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and Board-level reviews.
– Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
– Support global strategic initiatives, such as M&A, market entry, or transformation projects.
– Implement FP&A tools and systems to streamline reporting and improve data integrity.
– Ensure compliance with corporate policies and external regulations.
