Overview
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end transfer pricing engagements including documentation, benchmarking, planning, audit defense, and APAs.
– Apply economic and financial analysis to develop strategic, client-specific solutions.
– Ensure high-quality deliverables while managing project timelines, team performance, and client expectations.
– Drive business development initiatives and contribute to client relationship management.
– Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
– Mentor and guide junior team members, support recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
– Maintain compliance with internal protocols and uphold professional ethics.
Desired Profiles:
– Qualified CA with having Minimum 5 years of India Transfer Pricing consulting experience.
– Strong client-facing and communication skills.
– Proven consulting background.
