Overview
Role Dimensions:
– Visualise the Boards business plans and implement group-wide vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
– Drive expansion projects for multiple product verticals.
– Share the responsibility and work with Board to identify new business opportunities, alliances, and markets to strengthen competitive positioning.
– Work closely with management and commercial teams in investment planning, mergers & acquisitions, and joint ventures.
– Facilitate operation teams across all manufacturing units and product lines in standardization of processes, technology adoption, and lean manufacturing practices.
– Oversee supply chain efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with certifications.
– Explore the opportunities of digital transformation and advanced Industry practices for manufacturing competitiveness.
– Take full P&L accountability for the group and deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth.
– Manage capital allocation, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives.
– Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements.
– Work closely with the finance team on financial planning, risk management, and investor relations.
– Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team across multiple companies with culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
– Lead succession planning, talent development, and workforce capability-building.
– Drive employee engagement, ethical practices, and safety-first culture.
– Represent the company with government bodies, industry associations, investors, and strategic partners.
– Ensure transparent and effective communication with the Board of Directors.
– Enhance brand reputation and maintain trust with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology with degree in Business Administration or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
– 25+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 10 years in Business leadership roles managing multi-product or multi-company groups.
– Proven track record of scaling businesses, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering financial performance.
– Strong exposure to domestic and global markets, export business, and international business practices.
– Expertise in business transformation, change management, and corporate governance.
