Role : CFO / Head of Finance – ( Investor Relations , Fund Raising , M&A & Core Finance )- CA / Tier 1 MBA Institute
Location : Delhi NCR
Roles and Responsibilities:
– The Individual will be required to Head the Finance Function of a New Age Startup Organisation.
– Support the fund-raising activities of the Department in various form.
– End to end execution of transaction from issuance to compliance & redemption.
– Maintaining good relations with bankers and investors ( Investor Relations)
– Preparation of CMA, Cash budget for working capital lending
– Supporting the annual renewal, information requirements with bankers, credit rating agencies, investors, brokers etc.
– Managing sanction related compliances & submissions
– Coordinating with different stakeholders & preparation of MIS, board updates and budgets for senior management
– SPOC for internal audit & statutory audit for financing & treasury
– Thorough understanding of various regulatory guidelines pertaining to banks & capital market instruments especially CP & NCD
– Good knowledge of accounting and analysis of financial statements
– Support the implementation & institute best practices in financing & treasury function.
– Support the preparation of pitch decks to external agencies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Qualified Chartered Accountant with min 17+yrs experience post qualification
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– Good Investor Relations
– Launching IPO experience
– Experience into Managing M&A would be an added Advantage
– Prior experience of working in or with a Startup or with Investment Banking Background would be an added advantage.
