Job Brief:
We are currently hiring a seasoned Corporate Finance professional to join our team and advise the management and board on a large set of financial matters, such as merger and acquisition initiatives, potential opportunities, and financial due diligence.
Main Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
– Leading the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other strategic transactions
– Performing in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess ROI and risk
– Conducting financial due diligence, coordinating with legal, tax, and external advisors
– Structuring transaction terms and negotiating key financial documentation (e.g. SPAs, shareholder agreements)
– Supporting capital raising initiatives by preparing financial reports, forecasts, and investor presentations
– Advising on capital structure, debt financing, and working capital optimization
– Collaborating with business unit leaders to align investment strategies with operational goals
– Monitoring financial KPIs and identifying areas to improve profitability and cash flow
– Staying updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic factors that impact corporate finance decisions
