Role : Head Investor Relation( IPO Management)
Location : Delhi
Job Description :
– Extensive experience in Capital Markets – Equity Fund Raising through IPO Management
– In-depth knowledge of SEBI Regulations and other regulations relevant for equity and debt market transactions.
– Coordinating with SEBI, stock exchanges and other agencies, if any, to ensure timely completion of the entire process
– Fundraising Execution: Spearhead the execution of various fundraising mechanisms, including:
– Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
– Follow-on Public Offerings (FPOs)
– Private Placements
– Qualified Institutional Placements (QIP)
– Overseas funding sources
– ECBs
– Responsible for end-to-end experience in Fund-Raising transactions.
– Liaison with Advisors, Investment banking on regular basis and keep the management updated on such interactions
Educational Qualification / Work Experience / Skills :
– MBA in Finance /CA / CFA or similar certifications preferred with Min. 18 years+ of experience in Finance, Equity Market, Merchant Banking/ Investment Banker with experience into IPO Management.
– Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and market analysis.
– Experience interacting with senior management, clients, and institutional investors.
