Overview
– Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine M&A strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
– Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities in line with market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities.
– Source and assess potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.
– Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence.
– Lead market and competitor analysis to support transaction rationale.
– Manage all phases of the deal lifecycle: preliminary discussions, negotiation, due diligence, structuring, and closing.
– Work closely with legal, finance, tax, and operational teams to assess and mitigate risks.
– Lead or support negotiations of key transaction terms and documentation.
– Oversee post-merger integration plans to ensure strategic, financial, and operational alignment.
– Collaborate with functional leaders to realize synergies and performance improvements.
– Prepare and present investment cases and strategic rationales to executive leadership and the board.
