Overview
Roles and Responsibilities –
– To deliver end-to-end training on Stock Markets, Options Market
– To create Training Modules & Contribute to Curriculum Planning, Study Notes
– To create video content for Online sessions
– Impart Practical session on strategy, technical & fundamental analysis to the all equity dealers.
– Work closely with the management on new product development and training initiatives
– It will be an individual contributor role
– Give them training on software like- NOW, NEST, ODIN, TRADINGVIEW, FALCON, etc.
– Clear Equity Dealers doubts during the market hours or after the market hours.
– Aware Dealers of the latest news in the stock market.
– Must have practical and theoretical knowledge of the stock market.
Desired Candidate Profile –
– A strong understanding of Equity Derivatives and/or advanced technical analysis to act as a Subject Matter Expert
– Excellent analytical skills attention to detail
– Excellent with Presentation & Training & Development
– Excellent training delivery skills – both online and offline
– Superior verbal and written English communication skills
– A keen knowledge of financial markets that has been developed both personally and professionally
Qualification, Experience:
– Graduate/Post Graduate
– Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in a Training (BFSI, Broking/Securities)
