Associate Partner Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)- US Shifts (Night Shifts)
Role Overview:
As an Associate Partner in Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be a strategic finance leader responsible for driving financial performance, providing critical insights to business leadership, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The role demands a blend of financial acumen, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and strong leadership skills to oversee end-to-end FP&A activities across global or multi-business units
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Planning & Forecasting:
– Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), long-range planning (LRP), and rolling forecast processes.
– Partner with senior business leaders to align financial goals with strategic priorities.
Business Performance Management:
– Drive variance analysis, revenue and cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.
– Provide actionable insights through business performance dashboards and KPIs.
Financial Modelling & Analysis:
– Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, new investments, and M&A decisions.
– Assess business cases for capital allocation, new projects, and cost restructuring.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
– Partner with CXOs, BU Heads, and Global Finance Teams to influence key business decisions.
– Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing FP&A teams.
Governance & Compliance:
– Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and corporate governance standards.
– Liaise with internal and external auditors as required.
Technology & Transformation:
– Drive FP&A digital transformation through automation, analytics tools, and predictive insights.
– Champion continuous improvement initiatives in reporting and forecasting processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
– Qualification: CA / CMA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) from a Top-Tier Institution
– Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and business economics.
– Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.
– Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.) is a plus.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with senior leadership.
– Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale FP&A operations.
– Strong analytical mindset with strategic business orientation.
Preferred Background:
– Experience working in global organizations or consulting environments.
– Exposure to diverse business models such as IT/ITES, manufacturing, or professional services.
– Track record of driving finance transformation, automation, or process excellence initiatives.
