As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Investor Relations Manager who will play a key role in shaping our corporate narrative, managing relationships with our investors, and supporting our financial strategy and due diligence processes.
Position Overview:
– The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an effective investor relations strategy, ensuring transparent communication with current and potential investors.
– This role will also support CarePal Group’s financial analysis, strategy, and due diligence efforts, leveraging strong financial acumen and strategic insight. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with a background in financial analysis and strategy, as well as due diligence experience from a top-tier professional services firm (Big 4 or equivalent).
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations Strategy and Communications:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with CarePal Group’s business objectives and growth strategy.
– Lead the creation of investor presentations, quarterly earnings releases, investor briefings, and annual reports.
– Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders to effectively communicate the company’s vision, strategy, and financial performance.
– Manage the flow of financial and strategic information to investors and analysts, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timeliness.
– Respond to investor inquiries and provide updates on corporate performance, strategy, and market developments.
Financial Analysis and Strategy:
– Provide strategic financial analysis to senior management to support decision-making, with a focus on profitability, growth, and market expansion.
– Work closely with the finance team to track key performance indicators (KPIs), develop financial models, and assist in budget forecasting and financial planning.
– Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions and communicate findings to both internal stakeholders and investors.
Due Diligence and M&A Support:
– Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, collaborating with legal, finance, and business development teams.
– Assist in assessing the financial health of potential targets, analyzing synergies, and preparing financial reports and recommendations.
– Conduct valuations and financial modeling to support the evaluation of potential investment opportunities.
Corporate Governance and Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to investor relations and financial reporting.
– Monitor and assess industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions that may impact investor sentiment or company valuation.
– Support internal teams in preparing for shareholder meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and other shareholder communications.
Qualifications:
– Education: CA would be preferred ,Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or other professional certifications are a plus.
Experience:
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate strategy, ideally with exposure to a public company or high-growth environment.
– Strong experience in financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning.
– Background in due diligence processes, preferably from a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4) or a corporate finance role with M&A experience.
– Knowledge of healthcare technology or healthcare industry dynamics is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear and concise recommendations.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing materials for senior management, board members, and investors.
– High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
– Knowledge of SEC regulations and financial reporting standards.
– Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
– Experience working with high-level executives and external investors, including institutional investors, analysts, and advisors.
– Familiarity with the healthcare technology market and its regulatory landscape.
– Proven track record of managing relationships with investors and stakeholders in a high-growth or evolving industry
