Overview
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough investment analysis and due diligence on potential opportunities within the consumer sector.
– Support deal execution processes, including financial modeling, valuation, and structuring.
– Assist in portfolio management by monitoring performance, identifying value-add opportunities, and supporting our portfolio companies.
– Engage in fund management activities, including preparing reports for investors and supporting fundraising initiatives.
– Develop and maintain relationships with investors, keeping them informed about fund performance and opportunities.
– Identify and evaluate exit opportunities for current investments to maximize returns.
Candidate Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking or a front-end investment role at a top-tier firm, with a focus on consumer investments.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and market trends comprehensively.
– Deep understanding of the consumer ecosystem and emerging trends in the Indian market.
– Established connections within the venture capital community.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
