A strategic finance leader with 6 -10+ years of experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, or consumer brands. Someone who can balance creative ambition with financial discipline – and support bold decisions with solid numbers
We’re Hiring Game-Changers:
– Leading all things finance: FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting – the whole thing
– Owning strategic financial planning and partnering with leadership to drive business growth
– Building financial models that help us see around corners and make smarter decisions
– Leading investor and board reporting with clarity and confidence
– Owning audits, compliance, and legal coordination with external partners (no loose ends)
– Building a small but mighty finance function that scales with the business
You’ll Fit Right In If:
– 6-10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups, e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces
– A deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics
– Strategic finance chops – you’re not just operational; you think big and long-term
– Experience building financial systems and models from scratch
– Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams
– You thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without losing accuracy
– 6-day work culture- we’re in build mode and moving fast
