Overview
We’re seeking an experienced professional to join for our client team as a Fund Administration & Oversight Manager. This role involves overseeing fund accounting, performance reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee fund net asset value (NAV) production and review
– Prepare and review fund financial statements and capital account statements
– Calculate and analyze portfolio performance and attribution
– Manage regulatory and investor reporting
– Calculate and review management fees, performance fees, and fund expenses
– Ensure data accuracy in front office systems and data warehouse
– Oversee financial statement audit process and liquidity management
Requirements:
– Degree-level education or equivalent
– Professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
– 3-8 years of experience in financial services (Structured Credit or Alternative Credit experience a plus)
– Strong mathematical skills and Excel proficiency
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of work
– Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
