Experience: 3-10 years
Preferred Experience: Consulting, Operations, Accounting advisory, or Statutory audit
Education: Chartered Accountant / ACCA
Mumbai- Lower parel
Additional Qualifications : None required, but Financial Risk Management/ Chartered Financial Analyst/ IFRS Diploma are preferable.
Preferred Geography : India, Europe, APAC, US
Responsibilities:
– Technical Knowledge: Expertise in Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP and differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS.
– Documentation: Ability to write technical memos and advisory documentation.
– Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and suggest accounting treatments.
– Advisory Services: Provide advice on accounting areas like IFRS 9, 15, 16, 17.
– Regulatory Compliance: Accounting treatment per local regulatory requirements.
– Client Advice: Advise on complex strategic issues in financial services.
– Team Leadership: Lead team mentoring, project management, and client delivery.
– Project Execution: Drive day-to-day execution of client projects.
– Client Understanding: Understand client business and market dynamics.
– Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders and projects effectively.
Travel
– Expected Travel: Both short and long-term travel is expected.
– Travel Duration: Long-term (6-12 months/year), Short-term (Less than 4 months/year)
