Overview
– Develop and implement audit strategies based on risk assessments.
– Lead the planning and execution of statutory audit engagements for listed, unlisted, and private companies.
– Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS/USGAAP), auditing standards, etc.
– Handle engagements involving ICFR, tax audits, consolidated financial statements, or cross-border group audits.
Candidate Profile:
– CA qualification is mandatory.
– 5+ years of post qualification experience across Big 6 or Audit/CA firms.
– Experience handling statutory audits of listed companies or large unlisted public companies.
– Willingness to work based in Bangalore.
