Overview
About:
– Prepare detailed financial reports/financial statements and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in line with accounting standards (Ind As/IGAAP).
– Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and systems to minimise risks.
– Handle corporate taxation, transfer pricing, SEZ compliances, internal audits and statutory audits and compliance.
– Handle budgeting, financial forecasting, and providing insights on the same.
– Handle treasury, monitor cash flow and manage relationship with bankers, AP, AR, revenue recognition, payroll and reconciliations.
– Handle technical accounting related aspects and compliance.
– Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
– Close collaboration with HR, legal, tax and trade, real estate and facilities, procurement, finance shared services and other functions
Candidate Profile:
– CA qualification is mandatory.
– 10- 15 years of experience of Finance Controllership, preferably across the R&D/Engineering Centres/GBS/GCC/Pharma/Manufacturing space.
– Global exposure of finance operations/Handling multiple entities.
– Experience on an ERP system such as SAP / Oracle etc.
– Willingness to work based out of Hyderabad.
