Description:
The candidates role will need them to:
– Set up correct system and processes for Accounting in line with accounting standard and periodic closure of books.
– Handle statutory audits with company auditors, Tax audits (Direct and Indirect), Internal Audits, Group Audits and act as primary liaison between auditors and internal teams.
– Drive preparation of monthly MIS, variance analysis, and key business insights for management.
– Own and streamline financial processes across payables, receivables, and financial reporting systems.
– Set up Internal Financial Controls and SOPs for the company and ensuring the compliance for same.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IGAAP) and internal financial controls.
– Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including filings, reconciliations, and responding to tax authorities.
Requirements:
– An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-
– CA (with 1st attempt only) with 4-6 yrs of experience in accounts, audit and finance preferably from Big4s.
– Experience of working in E-commerce / FMCG / Retail company will be added advantage
– Ability to provide business inputs and domain knowledge for finance/accounting / taxation to Business team and partner Functions
– Ability to work under pressure with limited resource and tight timelines
– Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management skills
