Manager/Director – Accounting Advisory/Technical Accounting – CA/CPA/ACCA

Key Responsibilities:

– Advise clients on accounting and financial reporting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP)

– Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS 115, 116, 109)

– Prepare technical accounting memos and position papers

– Assist in GAAP conversion engagements – Indian GAAP to Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP

– Draft and review financial statements in compliance with applicable GAAP

– Conduct impact assessment studies and provide training on new standards to clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: CA (Qualified) / CPA / ACCA

– Experience: 5-14 years in Accounting Advisory / Audit / Financial Reporting

– Strong understanding of Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP

– Working knowledge of SEBI and regulatory reporting frameworks is a plus

– Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a bonus

– Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

– Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

– Prior experience with Big 4 or mid-size consulting firms preferred
