Overview
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
This role requires a deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, compliance, and risk assessment. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency, implement best practices, and ensure alignment with the organization’s financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
– Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
– Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance profitability, cost efficiency, and decision-making.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
– Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to align with business goals.
– Analyze financial trends, KPIs, and cash flow to optimize resources and support strategy.
3. ERP System Management & Process Optimization:
– Optimize ERP systems for automated reporting and seamless data integration.
– Train teams to enhance ERP utilization and process efficiency.
4. Cost & Revenue Management:
– Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
– Ensure timely tracking of budgets and forecast.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership:
– Provide financial insights to business units and external partners.
– Mentor and develop the finance team for continuous improvement.
