We’re Hiring | Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Qualification: CA Qualified
Salary: – 10 – 15 LPA (based on experience)
Working Days: Mon-Sat | Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
Experience: 1 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, forecasts & variance analysis
– Analyze business performance, cost drivers, and profitability metrics
– Develop Excel-based financial models and scenario planning tools
– Present dashboards, reports & strategic insights to internal stakeholders
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams on KPI tracking and financial insights
– Support pricing, investment evaluations, cash flow forecasting & board reporting
Key Skills:
– Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Macros/VBA preferred)
– Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
– Knowledge of financial statements and business drivers
– Excellent communication & presentation skills
Preferred:
– Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
– Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
