Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Strategic Financial Planning & Forecasting.
– Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning process.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategy.
– Track performance against plans and flag key variances for immediate attention.
Financial Analysis & Modeling:
– Develop detailed financial models for new product initiatives, pricing, and strategic investments.
– Conduct profitability analysis, unit economics review, and scenario modeling to support decision-making.
– Drive cost optimization and efficiency through insightful data analysis.
Business Reporting & Insights:
– Prepare and present monthly MIS, board decks, and investor presentations.
– Generate actionable business insights through dashboards and real-time reporting tools.
– Analyze key metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, ARPU, etc. ) to monitor business health.
– Cross-functional Collaboration.
– Act as a finance partner to product, marketing, and growth teams.
– Support fundraising, due diligence, and M&A efforts from a finance standpoint.
– Help build internal financial tools or automation systems to streamline reporting.
Role Requirements:
– 5-8 years of core FP&A or strategic finance experience, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI.
– Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
– Strong command over Excel, financial modeling, and tools like Power BI / Tableau.
– Proven ability to partner with non-finance teams and influence decisions.
