Job Description:
Drive strategy, donor engagement, and resource mobilisation for a purpose-led organisation working in ecologically critical landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement multi-year fundraising strategies and campaign plans
– Build and manage donor relationships (national & international)
– Lead grant writing, donor proposals, and ensure timely reporting
– Conduct prospect research and maintain donor databases
– Plan & execute fundraising events, field visits, and campaigns
– Monitor fundraising budgets, targets, and revenue tracking
– Collaborate across teams for content and impact storytelling
– Mentor fundraising staff and build a high-performing team culture
