Job Description:
1. Liaisoning with Investors ( Venture Capital Funds/ Private Equity/ Structured Financing ), Lenders (Banks / NBFCs etc) for equity & debt fund raising for MSMEs and unlisted large Corporates.
2. Managing Collaboration or M&A Transactions.
3. Advising/representing clients on definitive documentation such as SSA & SHA, and loan documents, and scheme of arrangements etc.
4. Experience in analysing financial statements, preparation of pitch decks and writing of valuation reports.
5. Well versed with SEBI /Stock exchange regulations for SME IPOs.
