Overview
Job Description:
– Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors (current & potential)
– Prepare investor materials – quarterly earnings presentations, corporate decks, and annual reports
– Organize and execute investor meetings, conferences, and analyst days
– Engage with sell-side analysts and broaden coverage
– Track and analyze the company’s shareholding patterns
– Collaborate with PR to ensure investor-related website content is current
– Support strategic initiatives including M&A, business development, and corporate strategy
