2) Fund Raising & Valuation:
– Support the team in private fund-raising opportunities
– Lead the process operationally & strategically
– Be the external face of the company to investors
3) Corporate FP&A:
– Management Reporting for the leadership team
– Business Cases & M&A Opportunity Evaluation
– Developing internal MIS for organizational performance
Educational Background and Work Experience
Candidates with:
Education: MBA-Finance ( Full Time ) – From Premium / Top 10 B schools only
Experience Tenure: 2 to 5 years
Experience Field: Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corp FP&A
Needs to Have: Presentation & Communication Skills, Excel Modelling & PowerPoint skills
Good To Have: Manufacturing Industry, SAP, Power BI / any BI Tools experience
