Role & Responsibilities:
To facilitate the effective execution of RBI’s onsite inspections, including the prompt reporting of data and information to RBI, which comprises the following:
– Prompt communication of the RBI request to the Bank’s stakeholders
– Compiling and examining the data to be provided to RBI inspectors (at the maker level).
– Ensuring prompt submission of the data that the inspection team has requested.
– Ensures that the following tasks related to the Risk Assessment Report (RAR), the Proposed Risk Mitigation Plan (PRMP), the Risk Mitigation Plan, Areas of Non-Compliance (AONC), and the Preliminary Risk Assessment Report (PRAR) are completed correctly.
– Compile the answers to the PRAR, RAR, PRMP, and RMP observations.
– Coordinating the status of the response review to the observations in the PRAR, RAR, PRMP, and RMP with stakeholders both inside and outside the Compliance unit
– Monitoring of observations and documentation in accordance with the established procedure.
– Final IRAR, RMP, and AONC responses must be submitted at the Maker level on Daksh by the deadlines specified by the RBI.
– Keep track of updates regarding IRAR, RMP, and AONC response submission notifications and follow-up on the Daksh Portal. RBI SSM comments record update following the bank’s initial answer submission.
