Overview
Manager Finance (Direct Taxation)
Transaction Identification and Analysis:
– Identify and analyze transactions among group entities.
– Engage with business and stakeholders to gather necessary information for comprehensive analysis.
– Determine and justify the arms length price for all related party transactions.
2. Consultant Liaison:
– Collaborate with external consultants to address matters related to related party transactions.
– Manage aspects concerning accounting implications, statutory audits, tax audits, scrutiny assessments, TDS assessments, inquiries, and other proceedings.
– Identify and research opportunities for optimizing related party transactions at the group level.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
– Assist in the preparation and completion of documentation for related party transactions.
– Oversee periodic Management Information System (MIS), quarterly reviews, agreement management, and annual reports for all related party transactions.
4. Financial Compliance:
– Calculate and validate monthly figures for various related party transactions.
– Ensure meticulous accounting and compliance with tax regulations for all related party transactions.
– Prepare working papers and reconciliations related to the domain area for audit purposes and financial statement preparation.
5. Function Support:
– Provide assistance and support to other teams on taxation matters.
– Coordinate with internal teams to resolve tax requirements and queries.
6. Ad Hoc Tasks:
– Undertake any other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
