Role Description

– This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Collections Manager located in Sagar. The Area Collections Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing collection activities for assigned areas.

– This includes developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring collection processes, ensuring timely payments, maintaining customer relationships, and handling escalated cases.

– The role involves coordinating with the collections team, analyzing performance metrics, and achieving collection targets. The manager will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.


Qualifications

– Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

– Experience in developing and implementing collection strategies

– Ability to monitor and analyze collection performance metrics

– Proficiency in maintaining customer relationships and handling escalated cases

– Knowledge of relevant regulations and company policies

– Bachelors/Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

– Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

– Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software

– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
