Overview
Client Relationship Management:
– Develop and nurture strong relationships with Indian investors, family offices, UHNIs, and other key stakeholders.
– Engage clients for wealth management solutions with a focus on ticket sizes between – 5 crore and – 50 crore.
Business Development:
– Leverage domestic and international networks to set up meetings with prospective clients.
– Pitch alternative investment products, including equities, debt, private equity, PMS, VC funds, REITs, INVITs, and other asset classes.
– Drive the wealth management business using a fee and distribution model.
Team Leadership:
– Build and lead a high-performing team of up to 15 professionals.
– Manage the team’s performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability.
Strategic Growth:
– Develop and execute strategies to expand the firm’s presence in the wealth management space.
– Handle end-to-end client engagement from onboarding to post-investment support.
The ideal candidate will –
– Bring extensive expertise in wealth management, prior relationships with Indian Family Offices and UHNI clients, and a strong understanding of alternative investment products.
– Come with 7-10 years of experience in wealth management with a proven track record of working with UHNIs and Indian Family Offices.
– Strong understanding of alternative investment products such as equities, private equity, PMS, and more.
– Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams effectively.
– Exceptional relationship management and business development skills.
