JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification: MBA /Master’s degree in Finance/relevant qualifications
Remuneration : As per industry Standards
Working : 6 days a week with 2nd Saturday off
Requiremants:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable management, with a strong focus on managing large volumes of invoices and collections across multiple distribution partners.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and trends to make informed decisions.
– Proven experience in improving credit control processes and reducing bad debts through efficient systems and practices in a product based company.
Job Responsibilities:
– Check customer’s credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirement
– Negotiate payment terms with customers, including setting up clear credit terms and conditions tailored to the company’s risk management policies.
– Maintain accurate records of debtors, analyze the effectiveness of the company’s
– Analyze and improve the company’s credit control system to enhance profitability, reduce bad debts, and improve overall efficiency in debt collection.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners, working closely with them to resolve payment issues.
– Improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments.
– Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
– The ability to listen to customers and negotiate winning solutions
– Follow up on credit note processing and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
– Perform customer book reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of outstanding balances and work on resolving discrepancies between the accounts and payments
– Should have good hands on excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling
