Overview
Project Direct – ORM- for Finance institution
– Operational risk, incident management, third party risks, business continuity planning, loss data, fraud risk, internal controls, SOP, and policies, Consulting and experience, BFSI experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage independent projects across various operational risk management areas for financial institutions, including:
– Internal control assessments
– Developing SOPs and policies, Third-party risk management
– Incident management and reporting, Loss data analysis, Business continuity planning
– Prepare detailed project plans for timely delivery. Review and validate existing frameworks, policies, procedures, and risk and control matrices.
– Identify changes to the risk profile and its impact on risk ratings.
– Ensure projects meet business needs and regulatory expectations.
– Demonstrate independence in planning, stakeholder engagement, testing, and documentation.
– Engage proactively with client process owners and risk departments.
– Provide regular project updates and quality reviews.
– Identify and emphasize findings for discussion with Risk Management Committees.
– Develop and present risk dashboards and analytics.
– Understand global and Indian frameworks and standards for process risk and controls.
– Understand the financial services industry, businesses, and regulators.
– Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and thought leadership documents.
– Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
– Lead team building, mentoring, and project management.
– Manage stakeholders in projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: CA, MBA, or other relevant master’s program.
