Position: Investment Manager – AIF (Real Estate)

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in Real Estate Investments

Location: NCR/Mumbai/Bengaluru Metropolitan Areas

Job Description: Project Manager – Real Estate Investments (CAT-II AIF)

Location: Prabhadevi

Experience Required: 10-15 years of relevant experience in real estate project management, AIFs, or investment management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Site Coordination:

– Serve as the primary liaison between project sites and external/internal stakeholders.

– Coordinate with various agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project progress.

– Regularly monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Escrow and NOC Management:

– Ensure efficient management of escrow accounts in compliance with regulatory norms.

– Coordinate with legal and financial teams for timely issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs).

Business Plan Development and Implementation:

– Assist in developing detailed business plans for real estate investments.

– Ensure alignment of project execution with the approved business plans.

Reporting and Presentations:

– Prepare quarterly reports on project progress, financials, and other key metrics for top management.

– Deliver presentations to stakeholders, including investment updates and compliance tracking.

Stakeholder Communication:

– Maintain clear and proactive communication with investors, consultants, and senior management.

– Address project-related queries and provide regular updates.

Risk Management and Compliance:

– Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

– Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and fund objectives.

Business Development & Strategy:

– Contribute to the development of business plans for new real estate investment opportunities.

– Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment projects, assessing feasibility and potential risks.

– Participate in investment committee meetings, providing insights and recommendations.

Team Management & Leadership :

– Lead and mentor a team of project professionals, delegating tasks effectively and providing guidance and support.

– Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Working Days – Time Mon – Friday 10:30 -7pm
