Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Execution:
– Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to assist in executing day-to-day bond trades.
– Provide last-mile conversion support and participate in joint client calls with Relationship Managers (RMs).
– Resolve post-sales queries for both clients and the sales team.
Product Management:
– Compile and share daily investment options by coordinating with vendors for updated product information.
– Develop cash flow models and pricing for various bonds.
– Track ratings of debt instruments, regularly updating the team on upgrades and downgrades.
– Monitor and share insights on the ongoing Debt Mutual Fund basket.
Training & Enablement:
– Train the Sales Team on all available products, ensuring strong product understanding and effective positioning.
Research & Ideation:
– Conduct research and analysis of various investment products in the fixed income market.
– Ideate and propose strategies to promote onboarded debt products, including preparing creative materials for circulation.
– Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and product pitch content.
Business Development:
– Drive business mobilization and revenue growth in Fixed Income and Structured Products through the Sales Team and digital channels.
– Increase productivity and product penetration among the client base.
– Build partnerships with AMCs (Asset Management Companies) for new product launches.
– Ensure synergy with other verticals of the organization for cross-selling and collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education:
– Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
Certifications:
– NISM-Series-XXII: Fixed Income Securities Certification Examination (preferred but not mandatory).
Technical & Professional Skills:
– Strong understanding of fixed income products, bond markets, and related financial instruments.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
– Ability to make quick and effective decisions under time constraints.
– Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal Skills:
– Strong communication and presentation abilities.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
