Overview

The TL is a dynamic professional with experience in Business Development, Portfolio Management & Client Relationship Management in the Financial Services sector. (S)he would be responsible for driving teams to exceed sales targets and client relationship management by delivering the best standards of services.(S)he would be helping the teams to establish strong ties with them by designing & implementing their financial plans; and then by ensuring that they receive and execute on the right advice. (S)he would be a business manager as he would be responsible for P & L of his team.

Role KRA:

– Responsible for his team to acquire, manage and advise HNI Clients in all asset classes like Debt, Alternate Assets, Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, PE, Bonds, Structured Products and Broking

– Build a wealth manager Team

– Generate leads and develop prospects, network to identify referrals to new clients

– Understand investment/financial needs, risk appetite of the client to create and manage a long term Asset Allocation plan

– Identify and execute on new business opportunities with existing clients

– Handle the clients investment portfolio, providing financial research, accurate information and tailor made financial solutions

– Motivating team to achieve defined targets and retention of current manpower

– Initial Handholding to RMs, and Joint calls on High Value prospects/converted clients

– Drive & track sales processes & sales discipline across all team members

The candidate should have the following:

– 10-15 years of experience within private banking or wealth management

– Degree in economics/accounting/finance/business management from a well know university

– A good understanding of investment products and asset classes

– A good network of clients across UHNWI/HNWI, family offices and/or institutions

– Strong communication skills
