Overview
Department: Retail Sales
Location: North India (covering Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities)
Experience: 10-16 years
Qualification: MBA (preferred from a reputed institute)
Key Responsibilities:
– Own and drive the regional P&L for emerging markets (Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities) in North India.
– Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
– Manage and scale high-performing sales teams across multiple locations.
– Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth in underpenetrated markets.
– Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
– Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to optimize offerings and improve customer experience.
– Ensure timely reporting and alignment with the National Sales Head on strategic goals, KPIs, and execution plans.
– Represent company’s in key client meetings, channel partner events, and regional business forums.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– MBA from a reputed institute.
– 10-14 years of progressive experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in real estate, digital classifieds, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
– Proven track record in managing Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets with strong business acumen.
– Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
– Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
– Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
