Job Title: CFP & Sr. Relationship Manager / Investment Advisor

Experience: 4-8 years in financial planning and wealth management advisory

Education: Graduate, CFP/CFA/CA preferred

Locations: Gurgaon

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused CFP / Senior Relationship Manager to deliver tailored financial advice and manage high-net-worth client relationships. This is a dual role combining financial planning and client relationship management, with the opportunity to contribute to the development of a tech-first financial planning product.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

– Act as the primary advisor for affluent and HNI clients.

– Build long-term, trust-based relationships.

– Proactively engage with clients to address financial needs and provide customized advice.

– Cross-sell financial services and generate client referrals.

Financial Planning & Advisory:

– Conduct detailed financial assessments (cash flow, investments, taxes, retirement, estate).

– Create and present goal-oriented financial plans.

– Monitor and revise plans based on market or client changes.

– Optimize portfolios for long-term growth and tax efficiency.

– Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations.

– Lead the design of a DIY tech-enabled financial planning product.

Business Development:

– Acquire new clients through networking and referrals.

– Represent the firm at industry events and seminars to enhance visibility.

– Grow the company’s Assets Under Management (AUM).

Requirements:

Qualifications:

– Graduate in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.

– Certifications such as CFP, CFA, CA, or NISM preferred.

Experience:

– 4+ years in financial planning and wealth management.

– Minimum 2 years managing HNI client relationships.

– Proven track record in growing AUM.

Skills:

– Deep knowledge of Indian financial products (mutual funds, ULIPs, PMS, REITs, etc.)

– Familiarity with tax laws and investment strategies.

– Proficiency in financial planning tools and software.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Analytical thinking and strong portfolio analysis skills.

– Client-first mindset with high ethical standards.
