– Portfolio/AUM Size 100 crores & above

– Excellent Interpersonal skills ( Communication, Negotiation, and convincing skills , Outspoken and good at explaining banking products)

– Good at financial planning Advisory

– Well groomed, Excellent communication Skills

Role Summary:

– The Affluent Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients, ensuring superior service delivery, and offering tailored investment and banking solutions.

– The goal is to deepen wallet share, increase Assets Under Management (AUM), and deliver a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

– Acquire and manage relationships of affluent/HNI clients.

– Grow portfolio size by cross-selling wealth, investment, and insurance products (MFs, bonds, PMS, AIFs, FDs, SIPs, life/general insurance).

– Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial planning for clients.

– Monitor client satisfaction and maintain strong long-term relationships.

– Ensure adherence to internal & external compliance guidelines.

– Coordinate with product teams to create personalized client solutions.

– Drive monthly/quarterly revenue and AUM targets.

– Leverage CRM and data analytics to track client behavior and opportunities.

Key Skills Required:

– Strong knowledge of investment and wealth products.

– Understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

– Customer-centric approach and proactive problem solving.

– Certifications like NISM VA, IRDA preferred.

– Ability to manage high-value clients and portfolios.
