Overview

One of the Broking Firm is looking for CA Inter, MBA having 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts, Tax and
Compliances

– Manage the accounting function of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
– Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including SEBI, BSE, and NSE rules.
– Support the operations team in daily stock broking activities, providing assistance as needed.
– Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
– Ensuring timely compliance with all tax obligations.
– Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
– Oversee the accounting and compliance requirements of charitable trusts associated with the firm.
– Read and Understand SEBI, BSE, and NSE rules to coordinate with the technical team for getting them
updated in the Broking software
– Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements relevant to
the role.
– Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
– Provide training and guidance to junior staff members as needed.
