Role Overview:
This role will be a core part of the business team, working closely with leadership to drive financial planning, business insights, and profitability in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Business partnering with category, supply chain, and operations teams
– Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
– Driving unit economics, AOV, margin, and cost optimization
– Creating and automating dashboards, reports, and MIS for decision making
– Evaluating new growth initiatives and monitoring ROI
