Overview
Responsibilities:
– Conduct extensive company and industry due diligence
– Create detailed financial modelling
– Drafting and review of term sheet and letters of intent
– Preparation of memos and information for investment committee
– Review of transaction documents and transaction structuring
– Intensive tracking of sector deals and developments
– Keeping abreast with important news, regulatory changes and macro environmental factors
– Work with the portfolio company management to help drive value creation initiatives
Key Skills:
– 4-8 years of Industrial Sector Experience in Investment Banking/ Private Equity
– High academic credentials
– High degree of proficiency at financial modelling
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Attention to detail
– Proficient at making presentations and memos
– Analysing quantitative and qualitative data
– High energy and positive attitude
– Ability to work independently and also closely with other team members
