Senior Finance Manager – IT

1. Financial Analysis & Reporting:

– Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, inclusive of the deferred revenue schedule.

– Collaborate with the business finance partner to address investor reporting requirements.

– Ensure adherence to IND AS and regulatory mandates.

– Offer insights into financial performance, encompassing analysis of Month-on-month variances.

– Provide support for the month/year-end closure process – Insights on actual vs budgeted financial performance

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

– Engage with department heads to create and oversee annual operating plans.

– Coordinate with Sales and Account Receivables teams to forecast cash flows.

– Conduct monthly review meetings with department heads to optimize spending.

3. Internal Controls, Finance Automation and Audit:

– Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.

– Monitor and enforce adherence to financial policies and standard operating procedures.

– Work on Automation projects to automate finance operations including Accounts Payable, Financial reporting and MIS

– Coordinating with internal & statutory auditors for conducting audits; evaluating internal control systems to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations, process and Systems.

4. Team Leadership:

– Lead a high-performance and highly motivated Finance and Accounts team

– Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven team environment through frequent upskilling activities.
