The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with proven expertise in financial planning, statutory compliance, and data-driven reporting. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent analytical capabilities and strong command over financial systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage statutory audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
– Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
– Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for performance tracking and decision-making.
– Oversee Cost to Company (CTC) calculations and compensation analytics.
– Utilize SAP for financial reporting, data management, and process optimization.
– Create impactful presentations and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and financial planning.
– Present financial insights and reports to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
