Educational Qualifications : CA or ICWA
Location – Kurla
CTC- 25-30 LPA
Experience : 8 to10 Years of experience in logistic company.
Hands on experience with logistics software systems preferred .
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Role Purpose :
– Inter Company Reconciliation
– Solving auditors queries
– Fund Management across the branches
– Monitoring Bank Recon
– Preparation of SOP – Process Documents of MIS
– Responsible for Annual Accounts Finalization at Pan India Level – Consolidation
Statutory Compliances:
– Continuous Ledger Scrutiny and Clearing the Balance Sheet items
– AR Review
– Clearing the On A/c payments / receipts
– Coordinating with IT for Logistics related issues
– Handling Payable and Receivables, Billing activities – evaluating
– Management of technical issues relating to Service Tax and TDS
– Checking of Job Profitability / Customer Profitability and getting it locked.
– And Various MIS reports to Management as and when required
