Job Description:
– Prepare, analyse, and present accurate and timely financial statements as per IND AS & management requirements.
– Prepare monthly MIS to be presented before Management and stakeholders.
– Variance analysis between budgeted vs actual profit and loss and doing root-cause analysis for major variance line-items.
– Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) & relevant regulatory guidelines.
Regulatory Compliance:
– Prepare and file all regulatory returns in accordance with RBI norms and other applicable regulations.
– Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance across all reporting areas.
Audit Management:
– Lead the statutory, internal, and tax audit processes, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit queries.
– Coordinate with auditors, providing necessary documentation and information.
Cross-functional Support:
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and cost control.
– Provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
