Role : Senior Manager / Manager – Actuarial -Non Life Insurance( with IFRS 17 Implementation) – Management Consulting Firm Consulting Firm
Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai
– The role is for an experience Actuarial Professional with prior work experience in the Indian Non-Life insurance industry.
– The Individual will be providing high-quality consulting and technical services to our clients both in India and overseas. The role offers the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, growing consulting team focused on solving challenging problems through collaboration and team effort.
– The ideal candidate will be involved in all of our core activities – IFRS 17, Audit Reviews, Due diligence, and Capital Modelling.
Preferred Candidate :
– PG with Minimum 7+ years of experience in Insurance or Consulting Firms in Non-life Domain
– Qualified Non-Life Actuary, with minimum 2 years of Post qualification experience
– The candidate should have prior experience of working in the India domestic market through insurance or consulting.
– Thorough understanding of Non-life insurance products, Indian statutory requirements, shareholder reporting
Expertise in at least two of the following areas:
– Reserving,
– Pricing and Product Development,
– Automation of Actuarial Processes
– IFRS 17
– Excellent knowledge of Excel
– Working knowledge of Python and / or VBA preferred
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to interact and make presentations
