Role : Sr. Relationship Manager- Structured Finance
Location : Mumbai
Segments : NON-Infra & NON – Real Estate Segment
Roles & Responsibility:
– The Execution RM collaborates with the Senior RM to create transaction pitches, brainstorm financing options for customers, and create analytical models for investors and credit underwriting. Execution: For placements and ultimate closing, RM collaborates with the investors and sales teams.
– Requires comprehension abilities to assess different finance scenarios.
– Developing pitches with finance options; maintaining constant communication with internal relationship and coverage teams
– Creating analytical materials, such as cash flow models and information dockets, for internal doability assessments and external investors.
– Collaborating on placements with the sales team and potential investors
– Deal closure, including funding, documentation, and sanctions
– Communicating with the finance team to plan and carry out the transactions.
– Working both individually and collaboratively
