Job Description

Responsibilities includes following :

– Preparation and finalisation of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Annual Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statement as per Ind As

– Financial performance (Balance sheet and P&L) analysis of the consolidated financials and its reporting to the management

– Handling IFC Audits including developing IFC control implementation , preparing and finalising RCM and SOPs related to Finance Functions

– Assisting in preparation of Audit Committee and Investor presentation related to Finance

– Tracking and close monitoring of Statutory and Internal audits deliverables and its timely closure

– Oversee the process of internal, statutory & compliance audits with respect to accounts & ensure implementation of auditors suggestions/comments

– F&A SPOC for SME Business related to Financial Control and Reporting

– Partnering with SME Business at pre-transactions level / at planning stage in addition to the reporting and highlighting gaps at post transaction level.

– In Depth understanding and analysis for SME business in delivering the results rather than just focusing on numbers and contribution to P&L as revenue enhancement and cost rationalisation.
