Overview
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain daily accounting entries using Tally and MS Excel.
– Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and accounting transactions.
– Assist in the preparation and submission of documents required for internal and statutory audits.
– Support auditors in gathering information and data for audits.
– Generate and present Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual MIS reports for management review.
– Ensure timely submission of financial data and accurate reporting for decision-making.
– Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns (GST, Income Tax, etc.
– Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements.
– Manage communication with bankers for financial transactions.
– Liaise with auditors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
– Assist with processing international payments and maintaining necessary documentation.
– Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
– Support the finance team with ad-hoc financial tasks as required.
– Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, Ind-AS, and tax regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.
– Proficiency in Tally and MS Office, especially MS Excel.
– Strong understanding of Day-to-Day Accounting processes.
– Knowledge of Internal and Statutory Audits, MIS, Taxation, and Ind-AS Accounting.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
